WHACKED...

It's been a month since I last posted anything here. I've been busy... busy in a good way and busy in a "my-goodness-Lou, you-went-home-at-what-time?" way... I've been juggling with my schedule - trying to fit in other responsibilities.

I'll be travelling home today and friends have been texting me if I already had a ticket reserved coz looks like the roads will be packed. Anyway, good that I already have a ticket. I just have to prepare myself of the whole trip. I love to travel, it's just sometimes, it's so tiring that it wears out all the excitement of seeing my loved ones. hay...

It's raining too... what a day... So talk about having three bags and having to wait for 1030 pm for me to board the bus going to Ilocos; oh and not to mention the long trip ahead... whew!

Honestly, I am tired. A friend told me once, "go get some rest,"... I wish I was just tired physically coz I can gain my energy just by eating or sleeping the whole day. But the worse part of it is I'm psychologically and emotionally whacked. For just a month, life has slapped me once more on the face. It's a painful reality that sometimes, it's just so hard fitting in, trying so hard yet nothing good comes out of it; it's just so frustrating when all you do is try to push things to make it work, to make them straight only to find out that at the end of the day, everything remains crooked. If it was just as easy as letting go or let it be or just resign - but it's not...

I'm tired... just so damn tired...

TWILIGHT

Okey, it's been a week since I've watched the most anticipated movie ever. Well, I've read the books last August, so talk about three months of waiting in vain. Anyway, my sister watched the pre-screening and as promised, she told me she won't be a spoiler... Unfortunately though, she's just good at destroying my momentum. Yeah, she promised not to squeal or anything, but when she was already sitting beside me (yep, she watched the movie again), she was going, "watch that part..." and she kept on giggling all the time. urgh!

Anyway, the movie was OK. I hafta to admit the book is way better than the movie (Yeah Lou, give me a movie that really captured the book page per page? None.). Well, I have to say that the whole movie covered most of the important parts of the book. All the cheeziness and mushyness I expected were wrapped in a manner that's not "hey-look-I'm-going-to-make-your-jaws-drop" kinda of thing. So aside from the overall comment, I so crush Rob!!!! He really pulled the Edward thing off. As for Bella, yeah, Kristen played the part well.

I still itch to go watch the movie for a second time since while watching it, I was not concentrating enough on the flow of the movie. Half of my brain was looking for the missing pages of the book. I bet most of those who read the book would agree with me. It's just so hard concentrating watching the movie while whacking your brains out saying, "is this the one in the book?". No wonder my sister had to watch it again... anyway, I'll just wait for the DVD to be out.. hehehe..

Good news: The same cast officially signed in the New Moon project so ... there's something to look forward to again... tee-hee!
